Best products/service you will find
Bought a tungsten band to replace/switch out original wedding band. Looks were what I wanted, price was even better. Broke ring finger so my ring no longer fit. Come to find out after some research, that you guys have a forever fits program. Filled out form on friday, and had new one before I sent the old one back. Where else do you get that kind of service....Nowhere!

I loved this ring! Unfortunately, the ring was too big for my husband when the wedding actually came around due to weight loss. Fortunately, there is a lifetime sizing and it was only a small amount to get the perfect fitted ring! It was shipped the same day as I purchased. Very impressed and great customer service!

My husband's wedding ring was the wrong size so we used the forever fits option. I thought it would take a few weeks to get the ring and he would be unable to wear it for quite a while as he travels. It arrived within a week from ordering the option and I was able to bring it to him when I visited him for his birthday! Even though he is not with me now at least I know he has his ring. Exchange for bigger size
The ring is great, looks awesome. My husband love the ring. I had to exchange the ring for a bigger size after 8 months of purchase because I brought it a while but didn't give it to my husband until the day of the wedding. However, I got the wrong size. I retuned the ring, the new size came to me less than 5 days! Great customer service. Great place to purchase a Ring! Very durable.
Fantastic Customer Service
I ordered a ring for my fiance a year ago that was too big, TK exchanged it quickly for a smaller size. Come our Wedding day, a year later his ring was yet again too big! I wrote to TK inquiring about how I could posibbly exchange it for a smaller size a year later. To my surprise I recevied a response with in 10 mintues! Quick Turnaround
We had to send the ring in for an exchange because it was too big and because one of the diamonds fell out. The exchange process was very easy and we got the new ring very fast. I was impressed! The only bad thing is that if you lose a diamond and you can't find it, they won't replace it for free. Fortunately we were able to find the ridiculously tiny diamond from my husbands band but otherwise we would have been out of luck.
