Customer Service Rocks
We ordered a ring for my husband in 2008. The ring no longer fits him and I contacted customer service to see if anything could be done. To my surprise, they have a forever fits policy. I simply filled out a form, payed about $30, sent the old ring back, and got a brand new ring. No hassles at all. My husband was thrilled to have a new ring that fits perfectly. This company provides awesome products with warranties to back them up. The customer service is excellent. We recommend Titanium Kay to everyone!!! We could not be happier!!!

Men's wedding ring
I had ordered my fiance a ring last spring and hoped it would fit. It was loose but we thought that might change so a few weeks ago he tried it again and it was way too loose so I emailed the company about an exchange. I was able to pay $29 for their forever fits program and a new ring was shipped to me immediately. They didn't even wait until the old ring was returned. The replacement ring is perfect and fits wonderful this time around. A great service and I was so relieved I didn't have to buy a whole new ring. Their customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Beautiful wedding band; GREAT fit!
My husband and I each got a DON 6MM Tungsten Carbide 14K White Gold Inlay Wedding Band when we got married in December.
