If you have already purchased a ring (from another store or from us) and want to get it custom engraved now, please follow the three steps below to send your ring back.
1. Purchase the engraving service at
http://www.titaniumkay.com/Laser-Engraving-Service-P103477.html
You will be assigned an order number at the end of the checkout process to be used in step 2.
2. Print laser engraving service agreement at
http://www.titaniumkay.com/engravingagreement.aspx
Sign and date the laser engraving service agreement.
3. Send both the ring and the signed agreement to the following address

You will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the item back. It is recommended to have a tracking number on your package so that you know exactly when it is going to arrive at our location. You are also responsible to make sure the item is well protected to avoid any damage during transit. We will not be liable for any damage or loss when the jewelry is being sent back. We will send an email notification to you with a tracking number once the engraving is completed.
