Titanium Kay is a great company, my husband an I have ordered from them a few different times. The last order that we placed was for the Black Tungston 6mm Beveled Edge wedding Band in size 8.5. When it arrived we realised that it was way to small for him and went to a jewler to have his finger sized again. We found out that he wore a 9 and the ring that was sent was a 10. I called Titanium Kay and they offered to send us a size 9 with next day shipping. We were very pleased with the ring when it came, and the professional nature in which the mistake was handled. After going to numerous amounts of jewelry stores my fiance and I decided to look online for his future wedding band. We found this one, and it was everything he was looking for. We ordered it and just a few days later it came in. The ring was actually a little big, so we sent it a back no problem and a few days later we had a new one that fit perfectly. He loved it, its perfect.
