I can't say enough positive about my experience. I called and spoke with Ken who treated me like I was a close friend, and took his time to answer every question and concern I had. I called back once more with another question and was again treated like family by a gentleman named Mark. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced, and the rings are fantastic. Yes, I said rings, because after I received my first one and saw what great products these folks have, I bought a second and was equally as happy.
