Don't want to send it back!
When I pulled the bracelet out the box, I really liked it, but it looked a bit small. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my man, but because it looked small I had to let him try it on to see if it fit. We are so disappointed because it was too tight around his wrist. I called to see if I could send it back in to get more links added and they said that wasn't possible. I am really hurt that we'll be having to send it back :-(.

Boss Bracelet!
This piece is very nice, very masculine. Has nice weight, crafted with care and designed to last für immer! Very satisfied with delivery speed(received it in 4 business days)and have received numerous compliments such as "cool bracelet, where you get it from ?" I simply replied " thanx, Titanium Kay! very nice bracelet. Excellent customer service! When the first one broke, I called to ask how to handle the exchange and a new one was sent out immediately including postage paid packaging for the return. Very impressive.
